The Trend Tracker Survey 2023, the latest consumer research from Two Sides Europe, seeks to understand changing perceptions towards print, paper, paper-based packaging and tissue products. The survey questioned more than 10,000 consumers in 16 countries across the world.

With our national drink still subject to poor preparation in the out of home setting, greater attention to detail is required with recognition now on offer from the UK Tea Academy in the form of the ‘Leafies’ for those making the grade. 

With many consumers having found ways to recreate their own coffee shop ‘experience’ at home in recent times, not least via premium beverage purchases, outlets are being encouraged to focus on quality as re-opening gathers apace in the countdown to the summer months.
