  • 25g - Geeta's Pomegranate & Mango Chutney
  • 50g - Pulled Lamb
  • 5g - Fresh Coriander Leaf
  • 10g - Pomegranate Seeds
  • 15g - Yoghurt And Mint Raita
  • 15g - Little Gem Lettuce
  • Carrot, Honey and Orange Salad

Method or Assembly Order

  1. Slice of bread
  2. Pomegranate & Mango Chutney
  3. Pulled Chilli Lamb
  4. Fresh Coriander
  5. Pomegranate Seeds
  6. Yoghurt and Mint Raita
  7. Little Gem
  8. Bread
  9. Serve with carrot salad garnish
