This wrap is packed with some of vegan food's greatest hits.
Ingredients
- 1 x KaterBake Beetroot Wrap
- 30g houmous
- 20g Moroccan spiced couscous
- 15g mixed peppers
- 20g griddled aubergines
- 15g rocket
- 3 x Gosh! Authentic Moroccan falafels
- 15g agave syrup (plant-based honey substitute)
Method
- Spread the houmous onto the wrap.
- Sprinkle over the rocket and couscous.
- Layer the griddled aubergines and peppers.
- Chop the falafels in half and arrange along the centre of the wrap.
- Drizzle with agave syrup.
- Fold and serve!
Chef's Tip
This recipe is intended for one wrap but can be multiplied accordingly for larger quantities.
