This wrap is packed with some of vegan food's greatest hits.

Ingredients

  • 1 x KaterBake Beetroot Wrap
  • 30g houmous
  • 20g Moroccan spiced couscous
  • 15g mixed peppers
  • 20g griddled aubergines
  • 15g rocket
  • 3 x Gosh! Authentic Moroccan falafels
  • 15g agave syrup (plant-based honey substitute)

Method

  1. Spread the houmous onto the wrap.
  2. Sprinkle over the rocket and couscous.
  3. Layer the griddled aubergines and peppers.
  4. Chop the falafels in half and arrange along the centre of the wrap.
  5. Drizzle with agave syrup.
  6. Fold and serve!

Chef's Tip

This recipe is intended for one wrap but can be multiplied accordingly for larger quantities.
